Smith, Senior Associate Attorney here at McDowall Cotter, was sworn in as this year\u2019s President of the San Mateo County Bar Association, Barristers\u2019 Section.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Barristers is an organization of new lawyers committed to professional growth, community service and serving as an advocate for its members.<\/div>\n<div>Jaclyn\u2019s primary area of practice is wealth preservation, asset protection, trust and estate administration and entity formation (LLCs, Corporations and Non-Profit Organizations).\u00a0 Her clients are individuals, families, trustees, employers and small business owners.\u00a0 Jaclyn is a member of the State Bar of California and has sat on the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Bar Association, Barrister\u2019s Section for the last 5 years.\u00a0 She is also an active participant in the San Mateo County Bar Association\u2019s Estate Planning and Probate Section.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Please join us in congratulating Jaclyn on her new appointment.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Jaclyn B.
