Vale, Shareholder here at McDowall Cotter, was presented with The William Nagle, Jr. Memorial Award.<\/div>\n<div>Every year the San Mateo County Bar Association Awards Committee makes recommendations for The William Nagle, Jr. Memorial Award.\u00a0 The William Nagel, Jr. Memorial Award is presented \u201cin recognition of the attorney whose successful innovations and selfless commitment of time and energy advance the professionalism of the San Mateo County Bar Association\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bob is active in the San Mateo County Bar Association and has served on a number of committees and currently serves as a Board Member for Peninsula Estate Planning Council.\u00a0 Bob\u2019s volunteerism does not stop with the Bar Association; he received the prestigious Dorothy Wolf Award for volunteer work with the Legal Aid Society and has received numerous San Mateo County Superior Court commendations for service as a Judge Pro Tem for settlement conferences and small claims appeals.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bob\u2019s primary area of practice is wealth preservation, asset protection and trust and estate administration.\u00a0 His clients are individuals, families, executors and beneficiaries of decedent\u2019s estates.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Please join us in congratulating Bob on this prestigious award.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Prestigious Award Presented to Robert D.
